HOW IT'S GOING
If you are interested in our lasers, and cosmetic devices , further cooperation takes place in stages:
1. A contract is signed, which consists of two parts: specialist preparation and training andBeauty devices delivery.
2. After paying half of the amount of the selected device, the laser ordering procedure is started. It is tested at the factory for several days and It was prepared and sent to your country upon completing the rest of the amount.
3. Upon arrival of the device or before its arrival (negotiable when it is known what device is ordered), at a pre-agreed and convenient time for you (even on weekends), we invite you to come to for training. The training is individual, conducted for a maximum of two people, lasts one day and consists of two parts: 3 hours of theory and 4 hours of practice. The practice needs your model for underarm, bikini (including full) and leg hair removal. The model must come only to practical sessions! It is advisable that he be your person who will not be shy, will not comment and will have time to stay for the time you need.
4. If you intend to train more people, the conditions are the same for them, only the training takes place on the next agreed day and costs an additional 500 dolar.
5. After completing the training course, you will receive all the methodological materials that will help you remember everything we discussed and what you learned at any time, you will be given a certificate of completion of the training and all this will be captured in a joint photo with the trainer.
6. The final payment for the laser will need to be made after receiving a notification that it has already arrived at the Customs of the Republic , as it is traveling directly to the address specified by you after the import procedures. Our technician arrives to assemble the laser. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble the package and try to assemble the device yourself! Upon arrival, the specialist will introduce you to how to maintain the device, operate it, leave the user manual , which is prepared in accordance with Appendix 3 of the technical regulation on the safety of electrical products and records the start of the device's operation and warranty period. The manufacturer's recommendations and these documents are necessary for the legal use of the device, without violating the requirements of the currently valid legal acts and hygiene norms.
7. After the delivery of the laser, we provide free telephone consultations for 3 months, and if you have forgotten practical knowledge, we kindly invite you to restore it when you return to us! Such repeated practical knowledge courses will cost you 100 dolar for one hour and last as long as you wish, but a minimum of two hours.
P.S.
We provide technical maintenance and preventive services throughout the warranty and post-warranty period. They are free during the warranty period. We are directly authorized by the manufacturer, so we prioritize this duty and guarantee a quality performance that you will never have to worry about!
